Rigid thermofoil manufacturers have made advances in recent years with print capabilities that truly offer a real wood look. However, solid thermofoil doors just do not meet the demands of the most discriminating homeowners. This is why we’ve invested so heavily in the necessary technology to manufacture our own five piece thermofoil doors.

Making everything in-house means total flexibility. We are not limited by the availability of matching melamine or polyester laminates. And when you use the same material to make it all, there’s no color variation between the stiles and rails, face or back. We apply the same standard in making our thermofoil refacing supplies and accessories. Therefore, the end panels, face frames, moulding and all other accessories will be identical in color to our five piece thermofoil door products.

ELITE PLUS SERIES

The Elite Plus series of Five Piece Thermofoil Kitchen Cabinet Doors, was developed years ago with soft, rolling edges to allow for profile wrapping with Formica and Corex laminates. Eventually our entire product line, including the Elite Plus series, was converted to incorporate the superior performance and design features of rigid thermofoil in the manufacture of our doors.

VINTAGE SERIES

The “flagship” of our product line, and our best seller, is the Vintage series of Thermofoil Doors. With it’s detailed design lines, The Vintage series is in a class of it’s own among thermofoil doors and drawer fronts, especially when glazed. Glazing is available in black or brown.

FRAMES & MULLIONS

Frame and Mullion doors are available in both the Elite Plus and Vintage series Five Piece Thermofoil Doors.
Mullion designs marked with

are available with 1 through 10 lites and can be ordered in square (shown), cathedral or roman arch designs. These are 1/4″ thick and the glass is placed behind the insert.

Mullion designs marked with

are 1/16″ thick and sandwiched between two layers of glass.
